To join Trinity Fitness was one of the best decisions my husband and I ever made. We are both over 50 and are so happy about the way Stefan challenges us, taking our weak points into consideration. There are different exercises every session, working all the different muscles in our body. My husband said the other day: I can not remember when last I was so fit and felt so good.
